CPA firm in Sorrento Valley, has an immediate opening for a full time position with our Office Administrative Team. Must have at least two years general office experience - tax office preferred. Come join our great team! Responsibilities include client intake, document management, answering/routing phone calls, calendar management, and other general office support. The preferred candidate is:

• Familiar with tax industry deadlines and work flows
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Dependable
• Adept with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Possesses strong communication skills
• Service oriented and professional
Any experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus!
