Seeking full-time maintenance coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance, repair activities, and turnovers of residential properties with a growing Property Management Company. Such support includes, but is not limited to:
- manage, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion
- serve as a liaison between tenants and vendors ensuring effective communication and resolution of maintenance issues
- coordinate with various maintenance personnel, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians, to ensure all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently
- manage maintenance budgets and ensuring that tasks are completed within budget constraints
- follow-up with residents to ensure satisfaction before closing out their work orders
Requirements:
• Prior property management business experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to completion
• Willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• AppFolio experience is a requirement
• CAA Forms experience (not a must but helpful)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful
This is not a remote position. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Mon. - Fri.)
