We’re seeking a highly intuitive, polished, and people-oriented individual to join our team in a discreet, internal-operations role. This position focuses on customer experience, employee accountability, and quality control through secret-shopping assignments and observational tasks.

What You’ll Do
Secret shop our locations
Observe staff performance & customer interactions
Evaluate professionalism, hospitality, and service tone
Document findings and identify areas for improvement
Support internal oversight and operational quality
