Looking for a front desk receptionist/Admin assistant for a busy, local home improvement company. Serving San Diego for almost 50 years, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team!
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills required.
Reliable and long-term!
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-430. No weekends!
Google Docs and Sheets preferred but if not, Excel and Word are a must.
Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
Strong grammar and spelling skills important. Good memory and strong organizational skills will add to your success.
Looking for someone eager to learn and okay working in a busy environment. Our day goes by quickly!
