We're hiring a Data Entry / Order Processor — the person who becomes the backbone of our entire order and vendor pricing operation. This isn't "just data entry." Here's where you'll create massive value:
Reviewing and processing customer purchase orders with total accuracy
Ordering parts and materials to fulfill customer orders — no delays, no excuses
Entering customer and account data, fast and clean, from source documents
Compiling, verifying, and sorting information with relentless attention to detail
Catching errors before they become other people's problems
Tracking vendor price changes, including tariff-driven increases, so the business always has the real numbers
Owning an Excel tracking system for every customer and vendor interaction
Digging for missing information until incomplete documents become complete
Sourcing new suppliers when the business needs options
Keeping every record organized, confidential, and secure
What separates you from everyone else who applies:
Real, proven data entry experience — you've done this, and you're good at it
Intermediate QuickBooks and Excel skills
Speed and accuracy that don't cancel each other out
Comfort with MS Office and Adobe
Communication and grammar sharp enough that your work speaks for itself
The mental discipline to stay present and productive for a full 8-hour shift — that's the whole game
