Construction Company accepting applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately.
Hours: Monday – Friday, (9am – 2pm (may be flexible)
• Requires proficiency with computers, including word processing, spreadsheet construction (Word and Excel).
• Must have solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast- paced environment.
• Effective multi-tasking ability, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, industry professionals and Customers.
• Able to prioritize and understand deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills. Must be able to maintain good relationships with department, peers, vendors, and customers.
• Phone answering and representing employer in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain calendars for appointments and hotel accommodations.
• Process invoices and collections
• Create weekly timecard summary for company payroll
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Starting Hourly: $21 depending on experience
