We are a small family-run landscape construction company focused on quality, creativity, and communication. Our specialty is design + build of outdoor spaces for residential homes. Our team is currently looking to bring on someone who can grow with us.
About the Roll:
We're hiring an assistant to support both the contractor and the designer in daily operations. This is an entry-level position with room to learn and grow. You'll help us keep projects organized, communicate with clients and vendors, order materials, and manage basic office tasks. The position will be part-time 3-4 days a week, with a potential to become full-time if interested.
Responsibilities:
- Write and send change orders and invoices promptly.
- Assist estimators with preparing estimates and contracts.
- Communicate with clients during active projects (Basic updates, scheduling, etc.)
- Order materials and equipment from suppliers.
- Assist with running payroll (We use intuit Quickbooks)
- Organize files (Both digital and paper)
- Maintain a tidy and organized office space.
- Help with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support other administrative or minor project tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
-Ability to work in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel required.
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, yelp is a plus.
- Interest in landscaping and/or construction is a bonus but not required.
