This role involves answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing records, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Assist customers with questions, orders, scheduling, and follow-ups
Maintain and organize office files and records
Perform data entry and update customer information
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
Process invoices, payments, and basic reports
Support management with administrative duties
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a positive and welcoming environment
Qualifications
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
