Respected Plastic Surgery practice located in the UTC area seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator with a strong customer service background to be employed full-time. Additionally, the applicant must be able to develop positive relationships with all patients, in addition to new and existing employees.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Ability to effectively communicate information and present positivity with impeccable phone manners & warmth during all patient interactions.
• Handle stressful and busy periods with grace and ease.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Manage patient flow.
• Check patients in/out.
• Process payments and posting of charges/payments in practice management software system (NexTech).

Pay Structure, Benefits:
• Salary: $20 - $23/hour (DOE)
