The Stein Adult Day Programs serve adult individuals with developmental disabilities by teaching them basic life skills, by supervising them on daily community outings and activities on site. The work environment is challenging but rewarding. We are a caring organization with room for advancement.
The Program Supervisor is responsible for the admission of participants, maintaining communication with parents, residential provider, Regional Center and general community and provides direct services to clients as needed, development and implementation of participant 30 Day Review and ISP. When designated, the Program Supervisor accepts responsibility in the absence of the Adult Services Director. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with employees and volunteers on sites and coordinating with the Behavior Specialist for creation, implementation and annual update of the FBA and BSP. The Program Supervisor ensures that all data is collected on a daily basis, the Site Coordinators are up-to-date on Semi and Annual Progress reports, and the Community Training Specialists created and implement weekly schedules.
· Bachelor's degree or related training experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
· Supervisory experience required.
· Must possess a valid California driver license, an acceptable DMV clearance, and demonstrate adequate automobile insurance coverage.

Full-time 7:30AM - 4:00PM
