Looking for a vocalist and a bassist with tribute interest, historical time-and-place appreciation, U2-fan of this era, ability, fitting-enough image, and right kind of spirit, for live-performing very early U2, particularly 1980 - 1981 U2, with the range being 1978 to 1983, - per as indicated by the North Side Story U2 book -, as a tribute band act, four songs per gig, possibly five songs, to keep things prime and fresh,… because life is busy with many other priorities. This is a musical-art performance-theater type project, for making 'precious craft' of the songs performed. Quality over quantity. We'd perform as an opening act.
All bands have their foundational very early years. This tribute is about U2's foundational very early years.
We wouldn't be dressing up as U2 but we should look interesting enough for an audience to want to look at us, and fitting enough for the music, and not be just 'Joe's on stage'.

And, btw,... what's your favorite Møtley Crüe song? ;)
