HDR 24/96 used in my studio since it was new, and has been well maintained over the years. It has some wear, but normal for the age and use of it. I have done a complete overhaul. It has updated Firmware and large BIOS chip. It was converted to 120GB SSD drives in the internal and external bays, New IDE to Sata adapters in both bays. I replaced the external drive bay as well as installed a USB GoTek Firmware version 3.41 rotary flash floppy drive. The ribbon cables have been replaced with new Uxcell ribbons. A new CPU and PSU fan have been installed. A new 256 RAM card has been installed. A new Battery was installed for the BIOS and BIOS has been set. This 24/96 is a great recorder.
Along with the 24/96 comes the Remote 24, remote control. 3 USB sticks with the Boot Up image files loaded onto Disk 1 and Disk 2 for the GoTek and a Info USB stick that has Software Image files for computer. Floppy files, All the Manuals, BIOS instructions, The Last Mackie Hard Drive Recorder Manual, and the Mackie track sheet. Also included is the 24/96 Utilities file that has all the information about the BIOS and loading the OS. There are 2 external drive bay keys as well
