Sonor vintage Teardrops, 3ply with re-rings all around, very rare red sparkle, 13 16 and 20 bass drum: $1500 firm. No offers. These are some of the very best vintage drums available. And they are THE best bargain on the vintage market, imo.
Some details: Modern heads fit fine. All original hoops, lugs and legs. As you can see, the chrome is especially good for its age. I've had many Sonor vintage Teardrop kits and the chrome is by far the best on this particular kit The wrap looks great, as you can see, but is not perfect. There's one spot on the 16 that needs a little glue. Easy fix if you're inclined. the bass looks great and the 13 is practically perfect. I use a snare stand for the 13 but I'm looking for the tom arm and will include it if I find it. I will include a bass drum anchor. I spent a bunch of money re-heading them. Coated Ambassadors top and bottom and Powerstroke on bass drum batter. I will include a soft case for the 13 as well as the 16. All mufflers function although they are a little stiff.
