AMPEG VT 120 amp head - 1989-1992, all tube made in USA - $500 (Pacific Beach)

Lots of cosmetic wear but overall functions very well.
Had it serviced at a local amp tech in San Diego in 2023. New preamp / power tubes, full cleaning and tune up (service order details included in photos). It's a very heavy, very reliable amp. The previous tubes were stock and the new tubes should last quite a while. There are some interesting features in the EQ section, some pull knobs for tone shift, etc. Wide range of tones, (3) channels, everything from clean to high gain. Variable power switch on the back, pentode / triode switching mode, USA made in St Louis.
Footswitch not included (1/4" jack type). New set of knobs included (see photos).
Various scratches / dings on the enclosure and grill cloth. 32 year old amp. The previous owner had used a marker to add graphics to the tolex and part of the amp face. I've covered those in pink duct tape in the photos.
