The plate is not perfect, but does lay flat, and does not have any holes or cracks to the plate and does look pretty clean, It also has year stickers in place from 1974 & 1978......All of the 1963 Motorcycle Plates were black in color with school bus yellow letters and numbers and measure 5 inches by 8 inches, and they were also made of steel .....
THIS PLATE IS GUARANTEED TO BE DMV CLEAR and any Harley....Honda.....Triumph....Suzuki or any bike made from the 1963 - 1969 time period can use this license plate to register their bike under California's YOM Program.....
