eLearning Quality Assurance Lead - Website testing or video game testing experience preferred (Downtown SD)

We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead (preferably with experience in website QA or video game testing) who can oversee an external QA team, allocate resources and manage our QA process. Applicants should be extremely detail-oriented, learn quickly and have excellent communication skills.

Oversee external QA team - review work and assign appropriate QA resources to each project
Implement, review, evaluate and update the QA process to maintain optimum efficiency
Build appropriate baseline QA checklists for different test cases using team appropriate tools
Establish and uphold QA standards
Collaborate with Project Managers, Art Directors and Designers to ensure quality on a variety of web, graphics, and animation projects
Test projects using manual methods
Identify, isolate and document functionality, grammar and visual issues clearly and concisely using a Google spreadsheet or other proprietary QA tool
Verify that issues have been fixed and implemented correctly in the development cycle
Review and correctly interpret client feedback on deliverables and ensure feedback is implemented appropriately in design deliverables
Effectively multitask and manage time efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work
At least 2-3 years of prior job-related experience in a Quality environment (Website testing or Video game testing are preferred)
Solid understanding of modern computers, web browsers, and operating systems
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Knowledge of grammar and spelling best practices
Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Hard working, flexible, and able to learn quickly
The ability to write accurate, unambiguous and concise documentation
