odometer: 41300

I have my 1977 BMW R100/7 motorcycle for sale. I have owned this bike for a few years and find that I don't drive it enough to justify keeping it. I switched out the original wire spoke wheels for the beefier 'snowflake' wheels. It has 41,300 miles on it and it runs great. The 1000 cc twin cylinder engine starts right up, idles smoothly, and has excellent power. The 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly (for a BMW, that is) and the motorcycle stops securely. It is not a race bike or a dirt bike. It is designed and built to be a reliable and durable street/touring motorcycle. There are many factory and aftermarket options available for added extra equipment to complement the style of riding you prefer. With BMW's established reputation and quality, uncomplicated engineering and robust materials, these machines are known for offering decades of service. Can you say that about most other 45 year old motorcycles? This example is in great mechanical condition for it's age, and is in very nice cosmetic condition . The title is clean and clear in my name and the registration is good until October of 2024.
