We are in search of a Social Media, Print Design & Marketing Manager.

The objective is to help build up a very successful Realtor in San Diego that is need of his own personal Marketing Manager. The primary responsibility is to collect video content and photos to post on the various social media platforms ie; Insta, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

This role will look for you to be creative and make videos (Meeting on location 2 times a week) and post many times a day. 90% of the posts will be about the San Diego real estate market and about the Realtor doing business within that market.

You will be responsible for videoing, taking pictures, designing flyers, event postcards, and most importantly creating videos that can grab the eye of the viewing audience and keep them coming back.

We are in search of a Marketing Manager who is very much able to create multiple videos a day. We are looking for someone who is very much into researching new creative ways to make the videos and posts more eye-catching content in the social media space. This position is also looking for the Marketing Manager to bring in some ideas for content creation and coordination.

Skills !

* Technical Proficiency: Video editing and management, photography and managing your camera.
This ideal Marketing Manager has a strong understanding of content management systems and organization, digital publishing tools, and related technologies. Must have experience in video editing, adobe illustrator and photoshop.

Experience !

* 1-3+ years of experience working with social media, marketing or working for an agency.
* Proven experience in digital content publishing, content management (or a similar role), strong writing, editing skills.
* Proficiency in content management systems, basic video editing tools, excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality content.
