Track record of growing and engaging audiences. You must excel at marketing tactics and funnel management with strong copywriting knowledge, UI expertise, and digital marketing skills. Expert knowledge of email, web, social and affiliate marketing strategies for ensuring success. This position works directly with marketing campaign strategists to ensure overarching marketing strategy is aligned with best practices and tactics for optimal lead and revenue generation.
This team is a resource to project managers and executes tasks associated with optimizing the economics of RRI’s digital marketing activities through the following strategies and tactics:
-Optimize online properties (Wordpress CMS, Shopify e-commerce, Clickfunnels, etc) based on analytics and A/B Testing tools
-Assist with strategy/recommendations for front-end web redesign projects Interface with internal and agency partners to execute on development, redesign and management projects
-Deploy and review polls and other engagement and research activities; Interface with marketing and market research to continually understand customer needs and our ability to deliver value
-Understand and enforce brand standards with external channel partners
-Collaborate with Social Media Manager to develop and deploy organic Social media tactics (Facebook Live/Premier, IGTV, Facebook Watch, Pinterest, LinkedIn Influencer)
-Update and manage dedicated landing pages and funnels built-in WYSIWYG editors - no code required, must be able to meet design specs and understand web logic, DOM, etc
-Interface with mobile and messaging (SMS, Whatsapp, FB Messenger, etc) technology partners to drive greater acquisition and activation of clients
-Update Marketing team on digital marketing best practices and inform them on developing technologies and trends
-Strong understanding of paid and organic search marketing, keyword research, on-page optimization
-Experience in Facebook Business Manager including Ads Reporting, Campaign Management, Audience Builder, and Pixel Manager, and Facebook Analytics
Industry Standard Requirements, Skills and Experience:
-At least 3 years experience in an operational role and/or project management; advertising, media, marketing and/or Internet-related industries.
-Hands-on experience with project management software tools like Basecamp, Trello, Asana
-Experience developing visualizations and diagrams in tools like Omnigraffle, Sketch, Keynote,
-Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and close attention to detail.
-Self-starter orientation and a strong focus on follow-through, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction (internal and external).
-Committed to personal and professional, avid reader, and student of Marketing craft
