A multifaceted San Diego, Mission Valley Law Firm is looking for a well experienced legal secretary. Paralegal skills and certification is a definite plus. You must have a minimum 5 years of substantive legal, secretarial/paralegal experience with a focus on Employment/discrimination and general civil litigation. You must be well organized and proficient in Microsoft word, Word Perfect, Excell, Timeslips and Outlet. Familliarity and experience with CLIO cloudbased software also a plus. Strong calendaring and proof reading skills and knowledge of administrative and civil procedures in both State and Federal Courts. DFEH, EEOC and Tort Claim procedures and preparation also a necessity.
