San Diego Elder Law Center (Elder Law, Estate Planning, Trusts & Probate) has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to help support a staff of nine. We are looking for an administrative dynamo that likes to get things done! This is an entry level position in our firm, and there is opportunity for growth for the right person.

Primary responsibility of this position is being the first point of contact when coming into the office and staff support which will include scanning documents, data entry, copying, filing, correspondence, opening client files, client follow-up for information, and other general office work. This position will also be trained on initial phone back-up, assisting callers, or routing the calls to the appropriate staff, setting and confirming appointments.

Anticipated starting salary range is $13-$17 per hour based on experience.

A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university (required, no exceptions)
Excellent written communication skills
2+ years in a professional office setting
Type 50+ wpm
Good to excellent computer skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
