PAY AND BENEFITS: We pay well. The position pays $150,000 - $220,000 annual salary (depending on years of family law experience and skill), discretionary bonuses, additional compensation for personal referrals (explained at interview), eligibility for health insurance benefits and 401(k). EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: This position is for an attorney who has a minimum of 7-10 years of family law litigation experience as an attorney. This 7 + years of minimum experience must be well rounded and include contested family law cases. The attorney must have family law litigation experience inside and outside the courtroom.
The candidate must be able to competently handle his or her own case-load, including the paperwork aspects and court appearances, with minimal supervision.
The firm provides training and significant in-house continuing education. The firm is also at the cutting edge of case management technology and communication. Any candidate must be comfortable and thrive in a high-tech environment. Our attorneys are always improving their knowledge and skill set.
