FCA Legal Funding is hiring a Business Development Representative to lead in-person outreach and relationship management with personal injury law firms across Southern California.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and grow a defined territory across Southern California
Conduct regular in-person visits (scheduled and drop-in) to law firms
Educate attorneys and case managers on our services: legal funding, policy limit searches, investigations, and medical concierge
Build strong, long-term relationships with staff and decision-makers
Use social, phone, and digital outreach to support in-person efforts
Track performance and consistently meet growth goals
What Weβre Looking For:
3β5 years of business development or outside sales experience
Experience in legal, insurance, financial, or medical sales is a big plus
Strong communication and networking skills β you're polished, persuasive, and proactive
Comfortable managing a geographic territory and visiting clients in the field
Competitive mindset β athletes, performers, and goal-oriented individuals encouraged to apply
Highly organized and able to work independently
