Growing law firm seeks candidate that is detail oriented, has strong computer skills and exceptional organizational skills (including the ability to multi-task). We need someone with a positive attitude, who is flexible, likes a variety of practice areas, is proactive, is not afraid to learn new procedures and/or programs, and likes being busy.

- Ability to handle a heavy workload including document production, formatting, and editing
- Ownership in management of electronic calendaring for attorneys' appearances and deadlines to ensure all deadlines are met enabling the attorneys to be as productive as possible
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining quality
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, document management systems, and internet, with the ability to implement the firm's style and procedures
- Knowledge of local Court rules and the ability to find rules, court procedures, and case documents
- Experience with e-filing in Superior and Federal Courts
- Detail oriented and astute research skills
- Willing to help other team members when the need arises

- Three or more years' experience in civil litigation
- Corporate/Transactional and Estate Planning experience preferred, but will train willing and interested candidate
- Knowledge of WealthCounsel, HotDocs, SmartDraw, DocEdge, Westlaw, ConsensusDocs, and WinAir is helpful, but not required
- Prior experience working with the County Recorder, Secretary of State, Contractors State License Board, Franchise Tax Board, and IRS is helpful, but not required
- Paralegal certificate is helpful, but not required
