Small boutique law firm in Downtown San Diego is seeking a full-time Filing Clerk/Administrative Assistant to start immediately. Position is Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities and duties include: Light front desk duties; distribution of all incoming mail and deliveries; file documents appropriately per case protocols; set up and maintain physical and electronic case files; assist with other projects as needed such as large copy/scanning jobs, setting up binders, and other various general administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must possess a high level of organization and communication skills and must have excellent attention to detail;
-Must be able to follow directions, be a quick learner and adapt to last minute tasks;
-Knowledge of MS Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat;
-Ability to lift legal size boxes - 10-25 pounds;
-Prior experience in a law firm is a plus but not required.
