Fast paced, busy, and growing San Diego personal injury law firm is seeking candidates to assist with initial prospective client calls, scheduling appointments to meet with our office, and greeting clients coming to our office.

Qualifications are:
- An understanding of office administration
- Customer service skills
- Competitive sales background
- Fantastic work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Nice sounding telephone voice and professional appearance
- High level of computer knowledge, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database concepts
- Positive attitude, flexibility and problem solving mentality

Requirements for the position:
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Must be able to be available on call and as needed on weekends and after-hours
- Be dependable and on time
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude
- Be able to work independently
- Have the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Be flexible and willing to branch out to take on new tasks as they arise
- Have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Skills and Experiences to highlight
- Sales skills and background (especially for commissions)

Starting compensation will be based upon experience starting at $14-16/hr based upon experience.
