We’re hiring a reliable, hands-on person to keep our properties running smooth. If you can paint, fix, patch, and problem-solve, we want you.
Your day-to-day:
🎨 Apartment painting and minor repairs
🚰 Basic plumbing (unclog sinks, report issues)
💡 Light electrical and carpentry work
🏠 Help turn units so they’re move-in ready
🛠 Routine inspections and general upkeep
What we need from you:
✔Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
✔ Maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, light electrical/carpentry)
✔ Good with tools, good with people
✔ Independent worker who can also be a team player
✔ Driver’s license a plus
