We are seeking an experienced drywall installer4 bed 2 bath project in San Diego.

PROJECT DETAILS

• New construction / full build 4 bed 2 bath
• Stamped plans and clear scope
• Ready to start soon

SCOPE OF WORK (PER PLANS / SPECIFICATIONS)

• Stock material in units
• Install resilient channel (per plans)
• Hanging, taping, finishing to paint-ready
• Square corners
• Check frame / straightedge
• Include staging, loading, and cleanup
• 1 layer 5/8" Type X gyp @ all walls and ceilings
• MR gyp @ wet areas up to 48" and 1 stud bay past each way
• Square corners
• Framing checked by drywaller (fixes by framer)
• Lights, outlets, switches painted on floor prior to hanging (avoid buried lights)
• 1 drywall scrap-out, 1 taping scrap-out
• 1 punch walk before primer, 1 final walk after primer
• Floors, tubs, doors masked prior to taping
• Walls to be screwed only
• RC-1 @ rated floor assemblies
• 2 layers 5/8" Type X @ rated floor assemblies
• Must meet all code requirements and pass inspections

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven drywall experience
• Ability to meet schedule and inspection standards
• Clean, professional jobsite practices
