Clean Earth Maintenance is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
We provide full-service maintenance support for HOA and community contracts, including property repairs, preventive upkeep, and project work.

Responsibilities
• Perform general property repairs and maintenance across multiple communities.
• Complete assigned work orders, small projects, and inspections with attention to detail.
• Assist with deck rebuilds, carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
• Support community projects such as fencing, gates, signage, lighting, and exterior repairs.
• Document work performed and materials used for detailed work order and end-of-month reports.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and grounds to proactively address maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with team leads and office staff to ensure timely completion of community requests.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman services.
• Comfortable using technology for work order reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools safely.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and community members.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, good driving record, and ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Able to work independently and maintain professionalism on HOA and residential properties.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors as needed.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with community or HOA property standards.
• Carpentry and deck rebuild experience.
• Light electrical knowledge.
• Stucco, concrete, and drywall repair skills.
• HVAC support or air duct cleaning experience a plus.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
Compensation
$20 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
