Construction Technician
*Must have construction & stucco repair experience*
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Must be physically strong and capable of hard work and lift up to 75 lbs.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive to the job site.
Must have your own tools.
Must be able to pass a drug & background test.
Must be task-oriented and a self-motivator.
Safety first is the number one goal.
Experience needed:
2 years (Preferred)
Deck building including structural knowledge. Excel decking is a plus
Balconies
Framing
Stucco
Concrete
Drywall
Carpentry
Painting
