What is a Spiritual Life Coach? I am a professional who integrates biblical principles and faith-based practices to help clients set and achieve goals, find God's vision for their lives, and overcome obstacles from a Christian worldview. I am your coach to help you understand the of theology and Scripture to provide guidance, accountability, and spiritual support as you grow personally and professionally.
Hope and healing: I will guide you through my own experience and theology training to find wholeness and joy in Jesus name.

My own life experience and healing include foster care, teen homelessness, the loss of my family in a car accident at 11 years old, a 17-year marriage to an addict, and the loss of an abducted 16-year-old daughter who died with a sex-trafficker and fentanyl. I have a son from rape, and he is my pride and joy. I am the mother of 6 children, all are grown except one, and of course, one is with Jesus.
I have worked in a funeral home, high tech, and adopted a son with intellectual disability who is black, and I am white! People say we are like the Blind Side movie :)
I am gifted with counseling those who struggle to know if God sees them, if He is there, and why they are going through this life with doubts. Jesus has been my shepherd, guide, and healer. The Holy Spirit has been my counselor, and I believe, like the disciples, I am equipped like them to go into the world and continue His work.
I know this is what I have been called to do with my education, from my life experience, to my university training. My formal training is from Grand Canyon University- a BA in Christian Studies, where all my electives were in counseling and trauma, and my Master's will be finalized from Moody Theological Seminary in February in Theology and Interdisciplinary Studies.
