Hello Working, respectful, Man working 6 days a week - and seeking a Nice , CLEAN, STUDIO, WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE - Preferably detached from the home -
I don't mind if it's a converted garage, ADU, or. ....... Guest house -
I would really like my own space - to come home to a nice quiet place.
And know that ... When I get home - that cherry coke is still waiting for me in the refrigerator 😂....and not taken by a roommate. Hahaha
as I mentioned I do work full-time hours and sometimes I get home late at night. And I do enjoy washing the day off... every night. So if hate to wake you up with a shower 🚿 noise if you're a light sleeper.
Lastly - on very quiet - don't have Many friends and I don't participate in any drugs or drinking. I don't have any pets and I'm okay with that.
I work and come home to enjoy my peace and quiet.
Please let me know if you're interested in having a tenant like me on-site.
Requirements:
1. Need one parking spot.( Not dealing with stress of finding street parking at 11:30pm every night after work.
2. My own shower)/ With a bathtub.
3. No kids on site.
