We’re a small family looking for a new home, as our lease ends February 1, 2026. We’re searching for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a 2 car garage, and a small patio or yard. Our preferred monthly rent is between $2,200 and $2,600. It’s the two of us, our friendly 6-pound morkie dog, and our almost 3-year-old daughter.
We are currently living in Escondido and are open to areas in Poway, Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Clairemont, Kearny Mesa, or somewhat near those areas. Our budget range can be somewhat flexible for the right place.
