Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Champion client rights and coordinate life-changing Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
Lead Planning Team meetings and facilitate community integration
Monitor progress, celebrate wins, and adapt strategies for maximum client success
Connect clients with community resources and ensure they're thriving independently
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations

Education & Requirements:
Minimum: High School Diploma
Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field
Valid driver's license and car insurance
Bilingual abilities are a huge plus!
Must pass background check and drug screening
Competitive Compensation That Grows With You:
Associates Degree: Start at $18.00/hour → $19.00/hour after training
Bachelor's Degree: Start at $19.50/hour → $20.00/hour after training
Annual Range: $37,872 - $40,560
