Invacare SX5 wheelchair with both foot rests. Size is 18 inches wide seat, and 15 inches high backrest. Color is black and shiny chrome.

Current price at amazon is $331.49 which is about $355 with tax. You can buy mine for about half that price.

I purchased this new, from Amazon, when I had a broken leg. Crutches worked fine for me, and as such, it has literally never been used.

Please note that the stock photo that I posted does not depict foot rests. my unit DOES include both foot rests, even though they are not pictured.
