These good-looking shutters were well made. They were removed along with the wood frame which can be disposed of if not needed. Shutters help to insulate windows from heat & cold keeping the room cooler in summer and warmer in winter. There are a total of 4 panels (12”x 21” each) in sets of 2 that are hinged together so the panels can open out into the room using a cabinet pull knob. Total coverage area is about 24"x 43" without the frame. The slates (1-1/8"x 9-1/8") of the louvers can be open or closed with a center pull control stick or pushrods adjusting for more lights or privacy. Clean and in good working condition. $45
