This is an awesome couch, only a little over a year old. I bought it when I lived in a condo a year ago, but moved to Ocean Beach 3 months ago and its matieral is corduroy ,which will not work for the ocean front living room I have. It does need to be cleaned but really very lightly used. Free! Come pick it up, it is 3 individual pieces that link up, you'll have to go down 2 flights of stairs to get it out. I paid $1900.00 for it.. I actually love this couch and great for guests but the corduroy and the ocean air and dampness dont work together.
