The condition is used. The two issues are 1) the leather handles have lost their glue and are peeling off, and 2) some of the drawers will need replacement tracks/hooks that have worn down. See pictures. Perfect for someone who doesn’t mind that (you can make it work) or someone who wants a project to fix it up. Our roommate is selling this Wooden dresser. Very solid, wooden dresser with 6 drawers. She is moving out of state to AZ, can't bring it with her, and needs every dollar she can get, so it is all yours. The dresser is roughly 15 ft 2 inches long x 19 1/2 inches in depth x 35 inches tall. The 6 drawers are roughly 26 inches wide x 14 1/2 inches in depth x 7 inches tall.
