The total cost to build this room was 12,000.00. It has a remote control intake outtake and a moveable fan. Control goes from 1 to 10. There is also a portable air conditioner. Deadbolt locks. The studio is 2.5 years old and in excellent condition. There is an image of work receipt but after that I had another 2000.00 work of work added.
