Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items consistent with supplied recipes.
Maintain clean and organized workstation.
Set up and stock station with necessary MEP.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the Company’s culture, values, and mission.
Contribute to a safe and harassment, discrimination, and retaliation-free workplace environment.
Skills:
Able to multi-task without sacrificing quality and service.
Organized with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and time management.
Strong sense of urgency and consistent in meeting station duties.
Independent thinker that is willing to take initiative.
Desire to learn and implement new skills regularly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ServSafe Certified
40 (may occasionally increase based on business needs)
Pay is 18/hr + tips (works out to average $23-25/hr)
