MAKE Projects is seeking a Restaurant Manager (RM) to lead front-of-house operations and business administration of MAKE Café, a farm-to-table café with global flavors. The RM blends customer service excellence, operational and administrative oversight, and workforce development. You will be responsible for the entire customer experience at MAKE Cafe, managing business development and administration while training/coaching FOH trainees. You will partner with the Executive Director (ED) on the restaurant concept, values and vision, and the Culinary Manager (CM) to ensure a profitable, high-quality dining experience.
