Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team.
The Bartender will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding service to our guests, being a team player in operations and venue cleanliness, and contributing to the lively atmosphere of our venue.
This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about live music and community, enjoy crafting creative drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a high volume position.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Knowledge and passion for spirits, beers, food, and service
Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu and drink offerings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue and bar, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain a seamless flow of service
Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible serving practices and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, inventory management, and securing the bar area at the end of the night
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a music venue or similar establishment
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and craft beers
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests of all backgrounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Honest and trustworthy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Professional, timely, positive, fun, and commitment to hospitality
Must be 21+ years of age
Must have a valid RBS number
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on their feet for shifts of 4-8 hours
Must be available afternoon & evenings (3-11pm), weekday & weekends (Wednesday-Sunday), and holidays as required
