Now Hiring: Hybrid Team Member (Front of House + Pizza/Kitchen)

Fresco is a local, family-owned restaurant known for our authentic Italian cuisine — from hand-crafted pasta dishes and sandwiches to fresh salads and New York–style pizza. We take pride in great food, teamwork, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our community.
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and serious individual to join our team in a hybrid role that supports both front of house and pizza/kitchen operations.
Position Details
This is a hands-on hybrid position — team members may be scheduled for either pizza/kitchen shifts or front-of-house shifts depending on the restaurant’s needs.
Kitchen Duties: Making pizzas, preparing Italian dishes (pastas, sandwiches, salads, etc.), following recipes, and maintaining prep and station cleanliness.
Front-of-House Duties: Answering phones, ringing in orders, running food, bussing tables, pouring beer and wine, and maintaining guest areas.
Both roles include closing duties and daily cleaning/checklists.
Schedule & Pay
Availability: Weekday and weekend evenings are mandatory.
Pay: $24–$30 per hour (including tips).
We pay substantially higher kitchen tips than most in the industry.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in food service or hospitality (Italian cuisine experience a plus).
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work where needed.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
