We welcome candidates who:
Have sushi, Japanese cuisine, or restaurant kitchen experience (plus, not required)
Have bakery, pastry, or cold-prep experience (great foundation!)
Want to learn sushi professionally under an experienced master-trained Japanese chef
Have strong work ethic, good attitude, and passion for food
Can work in a fast-paced but friendly team environment

Sushi Chef
Sushi & sashimi preparation
Nigiri/roll skills
Quality control & food safety
Helping lead kitchen prep and closing tasks
Sushi Chef Assistant
Prep work (vegetables, rice, sauces)
Knife work & learning foundational sushi techniques
Assisting chefs during service
Maintaining a clean, organized station

Authorization to work in the U.S.
Weekend availability preferred
Reliability and willingness to learn
Experience is a plus but not required for assistant position
