Asado Gaucho is hiring a dependable line cook to join our team at Liberty Public Market. You'll be prepping and cooking high-quality Argentine-inspired dishes in a fast-paced, open-kitchen setting.
Responsibilities:
Prep meats, sides, and ingredients to spec
Cook and plate food quickly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Assist with restocking and basic inventory
Requirements:
6 months - 1 years of kitchen experience preferred
Familiar with basic grill, prep, and line cooking
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Punctual, clean, and team-oriented
