We’re looking for a passionate, hardworking, and hands on Traveling Trainer to support new store openings and existing locations. This role is perfect for someone who loves tacos, teamwork, and helping others grow through action and example.
What You’ll Do
• Support new store openings for 2–5 weeks at a time, training new team members and ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist existing restaurants to maintain quality, consistency, and training standards when there is no store openings.
• Work side-by-side in the kitchen and on the line leading by example in every station.
• Teach, motivate, and mentor new hires to uphold The Taco Stand’s standards for food quality, safety, and guest experience.
• Coach through action, demonstrating proper techniques, prep standards, and recipe accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve training processes and team performance.
• Ensure efficient, consistent, and positive store operations.
• Be a positive leader who thrives on teamwork and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
• Must be hands-on and willing to work in the kitchen daily.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Restaurant training, management, or operations experience (preferred).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a big plus!
• Passion for hospitality, quality, and mentoring others.
• Flexible to travel frequently and work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High energy, accountability, and a love for tacos.

Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
• New Location Opening experience: 1 year required
• Schedule Requirements: Must have full availability — holidays, nights, weekends, and able to work 40+ hours per week
• Willingness to travel: 100% required
• Hands-on kitchen experience and the ability to train side-by-side with team members is a must
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a big plus
