WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Tribute Pizza. We’re a neighborhood pizza joint in North Park, San Diego. We’ve been named one of America’s best pizzerias, but what is most meaningful to us is serving our community. We buy from our neighbors (the North Park Farmers Market is located just a block away every Thursday); their local produce is represented in every category on our menu, and we only make food that makes us happy. Everything on the menu is from scratch, prepared with love, with intention, and without compromise. Simply put, we make the pizza that we want to eat, that we want to share, which is inspired by and shares the traits of many styles of pizza from around the world.
THE JOB
We are looking to fill some server positions on our FOH team. Specifically we are looking for a server with at least two years experience in high volume, face-paced, full service restaurants. We have both full time and part time availability. We're open to less experienced applicants that understand our values and vision.
If you love this industry, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a team that strives for excellence, cares for one another, and provides stability, we would love to meet you. Weekend availability is required (Fri/Sat/Sun). Need to be willing to have split days off/work holidays, etc.
We also may have some part time runner/busser & service counter positions available, so if you are less experienced and looking to get started please don't hesitate to reach out.
WHAT WE OFFER:
PAY
• Starting pay: $17.75 per hour
• Tips are pooled and generous, which add another $13 - 16 per hour
• Paychecks, including tips, average $31 - $35 total per hour, gross
BENEFITS

EXTRAS
• We aim to provide a complimentary staff meal everyday an hour before service. We cannot guarantee or accommodate all dietary restrictions
• We offer a shift drink, (beer, soda, etc.)
SCHEDULE
• Shifts are 4-6 hours or 8 hours with a 30 min break
• Shifts start between 1pm and 5pm, and typically end between 10pm and 11pm // NO LATE NIGHTS
