Bon Appetit Management Company is currently seeking a Sous Chef for our account at Education First in Point Loma. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week, to students from over 40 different countries across the globe. We serve up to 500 students per meal, with seasonal daily menus.

The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the BOH for dinner operations, daily produce orders and inventory control. Candidates with prior experience of production cooking and from scratch cooking are preferred. You will be responsible for executing a wide variety of soups, sauces, proteins and other menu elements, as parts of our menu change each day. We are seeking someone who feels passionate about putting out great food every meal, and has experience with leading a team.
Shifts are 12:45-9:15pm, 5 days a week including weekends.
