Kous Kous, an award winning Moroccan and Mediterranean Bistro, is hiring EXPERIENCED LINE COOKS AND PREP COOKS. Responsible for maintaining the food line in an efficient manner. Responsible for preparing and serving all food items per standardized recipes. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, operations and maintenance is a must. Bread making / Baking experience is a plus. DO NOT need to have prior specific knowledge of Moroccan cuisine, we will train. Some Spanish is a plus.
