We are urgently hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager who can start immediately.
A valid ServSafe Manager Certification is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
Ensure food safety, cleanliness & compliance
Supervise FOH + BOH staff and lead shifts
Inventory management & ordering
Scheduling & labor management
Customer experience & resolving escalations
Cash handling, banking & opening/closing
Work with ownership to meet sales and cost goals
⭐ Requirements
ServSafe Manager Certification (Required)
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Fast-casual, QSR, or Asian cuisine experience preferred
Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards
Reliable, energetic, and able to start ASAP (even tomorrow)
⭐ Compensation
$22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
BiWeekly pay
Growth path toward General Manager role
